Setting Firefox as Your Default Browser

When you click a website link within a document, your computer launches your default browser. If you have a browser other than Firefox as your default browser, you can modify it from the
Options window.
To Set Firefox as Your Default Browser:
  • Select Tools on the menu bar.
  • Select Options to open the Options window.
  • Select the General tab at the top of the Options window.
  • Click Check Now in the Default Browser box.

  • Select Yes in the Default Browser dialog box.

  • Click OK to close the window.
Tip To set the default browser to something other than Firefox, you must open that browser and follow its guidelines for setting a default browser.
