If you are using a Windows computer, the Firefox Setup Wizard will guide you through the installation procedure. As you use the Setup Wizard, follow these simple directions:
- Click Next to advance to the End-user Software License Agreement.
- Select I Accept the Terms of the License Agreement.
- Click Next.
- Select the Standard setup option if you have no preference where Firefox is installed on your computer.
- Click Next.
- Click Next to begin installation.
- Click Finish to launch Firefox.
When you launch Firefox for the first time, it will ask you if you would like to make Firefox your default browser. Select No. You can always change the setting so Firefox is the default browser. The default browser is the browser that will automatically launch when you open web pages from links within documents.
